Chocolate and Chili Helping Women and Children
The smell of chili and chocolate is in the air.
It’s the annual Chocolate Fantasy event at the Ramada in Fargo.
This is the 33rd year and the money raised will go to the YWCA emergency shelter.
The event includes live entertainment, chocolate treats, and of course, chili.
The YWCA says each ticket purchase can provide a week of food for a child at the shelter.
“And we want to be sure that women and children have some place safe to go that’s warm comfortable and safe and our community through events like chocolate fantasy makes sure that that’s possible,” says CEO of YWCA Erin Prochnow.
Chocolate Fantasy started at 11 am and went until 7 pm.
