Devils Lake Man Sentenced in SUV vs. Broom Case
A Devils Lake man who allegedly tried to hit a homeowner with a broom during a burglary is sentenced.
Colton Feather, 19, is sentenced to supervised probation for 18 months.
Authorities say Feather was confronted by a homeowner while he was beating an SUV with a broom in the man’s garage.
Feather then allegedly tried to hit the homeowner screaming “do you want to die?”
Feather entered an Alford Plea in court.
He says he doesn’t remember the confrontation because he was too drunk at the time.
