Lauwagie Pleads Not Guilty to Murder of South Fargo Woman

The man accused of killing a Fargo woman in May has entered not guilty pleas in Cass County District Court.

Landon Lauwagie, 23, entered not guilty pleas to murder and gross sexual imposition.

Lauwagie is accused of killing 40-year-old Cory Terlecky in May.

Her body was found in her south Fargo town house.

The Ponsford man fled the area and was jailed in southern Minnesota on a probation violation shortly after the body was found.

He is being held in the Cass County Jail with his next court date set for next month.
