A fargo man plans to take his case to allow gay marriage to North Dakota voters.
Last month, lenny Tweeden was turned down in an attempt to get a marriage license at the Cass County Treasurer's office.
He says he will try to get the issue on the November 6th ballot.
Tweeden is looking to recruit "team leaders" who will help collect the necessary 26,904 signatures needed by August 8th.
