Names Released in Crash Near Rugby

Authorities have identified the two people killed in a rollover crash in North Dakota over the weekend.

The victims are 20-year-old Christopher Daniels of Tennessee and 17-year-old Ashley Houim of Rugby.

Daniels lost control of his car on a gravel road early Sunday morning.

The car overturned.

The two were not wearing their seatbelt and were thrown from the vehicle.
