Microsoft Unveils Its New "Surface"

The folks at Microsoft are taking aim at Apple.
The tech company has unveiled a new tablet computer it has dubbed "Surface," set to compete with Apple's Ipad.
One version works on the Windows R-T Operating system.
A slightly thicker version, under two pounds, will work on Microsoft's upcoming Windows 8 Pro Operating system.
This version allows users to make handwritten notes on documents such as pdf files.
The tablets will hit stores later this year.
