Underwear-Clad Trespasser Arrested At Hector Airport

A man wearing only his underwear was arrested after walking down a runway at Hector International Airport.
 
20 year old Gavriil Telkov of Fargo faces charges of criminal trespass.

Construction crews at the airport saw the man shortly after 3:00 this morning.

Telkov was taken to a Fargo hospital for an evaluation.

For the record, police say he was wearing boxer-style shorts.
