Pedestrian Bridge Between Fargo and Moorhead Being Replaced

Bookmark and Share

Thanks to federal funds, a pedestrian bridge in the FM area will be replaced.

Work is underway on the bridge that links Lindenwood Park in Fargo and Gooseberry Park in Moorhead.

The bridge will be under construction for the remainder of the summer.

It is expected to re-open in September.

The new bridge will be built three feet higher to keep it above the lower level summer floods.

It will also include a new lift system for spring flooding.
