Serial Traffic Offender Busted Again

A Moorhead man with a long history of traffic offenses is in trouble again.
 
49-year-old John Hamre has been charged with driving after cancellation of his license.

Moorhead police arrested Hamre Thursday after getting a report of a reckless driver near a Holiday Gas station.

Court records say Hamre has about 24 moving violation convictions dating back to the 1980's.
