Bookmark and Share

A trial date has been set for a Fargo man accused of killing his wife last winter.

The murder and body disturbance trial of 46-year-old Ronald Rogers Jr. is to begin Sept. 23.

It will be a 10-day trial.

Authorities say Rogers shot 40-year-old Elizabeth Rogers in the head February 19th and placed a pistol in her hand to make it look like she killed herself.
