A child pornography suspect has been allowed to email his mother from jail.
That has upset a Ward County prosecutor who calls it "awful silly" that Isaac Twitchell has access to a computer in jail.
A condition of Twitchell's bond forbids him from using electronic devices or accessing the Internet.
But since he didn't post bond and remains jailed he has access.
Judge Todd Cresap says he doesn't have the authority to ``micromanage'' the jail.
Twitchell pleaded guilty in March and faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced Friday.
