FRONTIER, N.D. -

Fargo firefighters are investigating a house fire in Frontier.

The fire was called in by neighbors around 6:30 pm.

The home was severely damaged.

Officials say one person was apparently inside the home at the time of the fire and was transported to the hospital by F–M Ambulance.

"We had knocked out the fire at about 7:15 but right now it's just overhaul and cleaning up, making sure there's no more hot spots," says Fargo Fire Marshal Ryan Erickson.

Firefighters are investigating what caused the crash.

The name and condition of the person rescued from the home has not been released.
