DEVILS LAKE, N.D. -

A trial date has been set for a Devils Lake man accused of burglarizing and burning down Hardee's in 2015.

Michael Ott will stand trial starting November 28 on felony arson and burglary charges along with misdemeanor drug–related counts.

Authorities allege Ott set fire to Hardee's in Devils Lake in October 2015 to cover up a burglary of $1,100.

The fire caused $1 million in damage.

The restaurant has since been rebuilt.

Ott could face more than 16 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
