BISMARCK, N.D. -

North Dakota's dove hunting season is underway.

The dove season runs through November 29.

The daily limit is 15 and the possession limit is 45. Shooting hours are a half hour before sunrise to sunset.

The state Game and Fish Department is reminding hunters to register with the Harvest Information Program prior to heading out to the field.

The program collects hunting activity data to improve game bird management.
