Organic farmers can apply to have some of their certification costs reimbursed.

The federal Organic Cost Share Program is now accepting applications for fiscal 2016.

Organic producers can receive up to $750 of the certification costs they paid between October 2015 and September of this year.

The deadline to apply is November 16.

About $88,000 is available for North Dakota producers, on a first–come, first–served basis.
