WATFORD CITY, N.D. -

A restaurant owner and her employee have both been charged with setting the business on fire.

Thirty-seven–year–old owner Anna Marquardt and 28–year–old employee Lisa Stoll both face felony arson and insurance fraud counts.

They are accused of setting fire to TJ's Pizza & Suds in Watford City in June.

Investigators found surveillance video on a computer that survived the fire that allegedly shows Marquardt and Stoll using candles to start the fire.

Marquardt faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted and Stoll up to 40 years.
