It's the sixth trial delay for the SkyWest flight attendant accused of making false bomb threats on flights in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Justin Cox-Sever's attorney asked for more time to prepare, and prosecutors didn't object.

Judge Daniel Hovland moved the Arizona man's trial from early August to early October, in Bismarck.

The trial originally was scheduled for December of 2015.

Cox-Sever is accused of making bogus bomb threats on two flights including one that was diverted to Dickinson.
