STURGIS, S.D. -

South Dakota officials say revenue from this year's Sturgis Motorcycle Rally fell in the millions after the big 75th celebration in 2015.

The State Department says vendor sales fell by more than $15 million from 2015's landmark rally.

Vendors report sales totals of just under $15 million total.

Data from the state Transportation Department says traffic at the rally this year was also down nearly 40 percent.
