ST. PAUL, Minn. -

Minnesota Governor Dayton says the federal health care overhaul "is no longer affordable."

The governor made the critique of the Affordable Care Act while addressing questions about Minnesota's fragile health insurance market.

Individual plans are facing large increases after all insurers threatened to exit the market.

The comments follow similar concerns from former President Bill Clinton.

Dayton now says Congress needs to fix the law for shoppers who aren't covered by employers or public programs.
