Five people are okay after their duck boat capsized and threw them into the water on Christopherson Lake in Otter Tail County.
The boat's driver, 53-year-old Ronald Haugrud of Avon, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motorboat under the influence and driving while impaired.
The 14-foot boat began taking on water and capsized about 400 yards from shore Saturday.
Authorities say no life jackets were on board.
A 15-year-old boy was able to swim to shore.
A 24-year-old woman on shore grabbed life jackets and swam to the capsized boat and gave them to the hunters in the water.
