NDSU will be starting a webinar on food safety on August 17.
The four-part series is funded the North Dakota Department of Agriculture.
The series was launched in effort to increase North Dakota's knowledge of growing, transporting, processing and preserving fruits.
Topics include tips on food fermentation and bulb planting.
"So our job is to increase the use of specialty crops in North Dakota," says Julie Garden-Robinson, NDSU extension specialist.
The online sessions will be on Wednesdays from 2 pm to 3 pm.
The series is open to the public and is free of charge.
You can register on the NDSU Extension Service website.
