FARGO, N.D. -

A group of seniors with Touchmark at Harwood Groves got on a bus and traveled to locations without knowing what they were beforehand to celebrate "Active Aging Week".

One stop on their mystery trip was packing boxes at Great Plains Food Bank for other seniors.

The week long celebration is hosted by the International Council on active aging, a nonprofit out of Canada.

This is the tenth year Touchmark has participated.

"It gives them the opportunity to not only learn something new and get some physical activity but give back to the community like they're doing here packing some boxes for seniors in the North Dakota area," says Mark Minette, Health Club Director at Touchmark.

Other stops on their mystery trip include Tai Chai at Lindenwood Park, a lecture at NDSU and drinks at Wurst Bier Hall.
