Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy with evening sprinkles. After midnight an area of freezing rain will move in along and north of US2 which will turn to snow by morning and an inch or two of accumulation is likely.   Lows around 32 with a light and variable breeze.

Wednesday: Freezing rain turning to snow in the north with the snow slowly moving off to the south and east.  The F-M area may get grazed with snow but it is more likely in Minnesota in the afternoon.  Highs in the mid 30s north to around 40 south. Wind from the northeast becoming breezy in the afternoon at 10-25 mph.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a few snow flurries region wide.  Cooler with highs in the mid-to-upper 20s and breezy.

Friday:  Mostly cloudy and breezy, colder with highs in the mid 20s.  A large storm system will bring snow to Sioux Falls and the Twin Cities.

Saturday:  Partly cloudy with a chance of snow showers.  Highs in the low 20s.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, warming back up to around 30.

Monday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow late.  Highs in the low 30s.
