Friday Night: Cloudy, but clearing throughout the night. Wind will be shifting out of the southwest at 5-15 mph with a low in the low 20s.



Saturday:  Partly cloudy with a high in the low to mid 30s. Chance of light snow late Saturday night.  Wind from the southeast 10-20 mph.



Sunday: Light snow in the morning in the Red River Valley and Minnesota. Clearing by the afternoon.  Highs in the mid to upper 30s turning breezy in the afternoon.



Monday: Turning cloudy with a chance of rain or snow showers. High nearing 40 and windy.



Tuesday: Windy and colder with a chance of snow.  Temperatures around 30 in the morning falling back into the 20s in the afternoon.



Wednesday: Cloudy, windy and colder with light snow and highs in the upper teens.



Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of flurries, continued breezy with highs in the mid teens.



Friday:  Mostly cloudy and still cold.  Highs around 20.
