6th Child Dies Of Flu In Minnesota

A sixth child has died of the flu this season in Minnesota.

Additional details on the death have not been released.

The Minnesota Department of Health says 13 people were hospitalized with the flu in the last week of February.

More than 3,000 people have been hospitalized so far this season, double the number of people last season.

The state says influenza-A continues to decline, while the influenza-B strain is still rising.
