A New Search For Melissa Eagleshield
About two dozen people are searching rugged terrain northeast of Detroit Lakes for a woman missing since October.
The last major search for 42-year-old Melissa Eagleshield of Island Lake was last fall.
Becker County Sheriff Todd Glander says they waited until the snow was gone to give searchers better access to woods and marsh areas.
He says so far, there’s nothing pointing to foul play in Eagleshield’s disappearance.
She was known to have medical problems.
