Teen Pleads Not Guilty in West Acres Attack
A Fargo teen accused of attacking a woman at West Acres Mall has pleaded not guilty to three felonies and a misdemeanor.
Abdirahman Sahel appeared in Cass County Court.
He was moved to adult court for robbery, terrorizing and attempted kidnapping.
Court documents say Sahel tried to rob and kidnap a woman last September in the JC Penny’s parking lot where she worked.
He was 15 at the time of the attack.
He’s expected back in court in June.
