Former MSUM Wrestler Pleads Guilty to Rape

A former MSUM wrestler has pleaded guilty to raping a female student on campus.

In a plea agreement, Angel Vega testified that he raped the 18-year-old woman in the lounge of his dorm.

Vega was initially charged with two counts of felony rape and providing liquor to a minor.

He will be sentenced June 22nd.
