Charges Dismissed Against Suspended West Fargo Teacher Aaron Knodel

A judge has dismissed the final two charges against suspended West Fargo teacher Aaron Knodel.

Judge Steven McCullough ruled that the charges be dismissed without prejudice which means Knodel can only be retried if new evidence is uncovered.

The 36-year-old 2014 North Dakota Teacher of the Year was accused of a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student in 2009.
