Stormy Skies to Blame for ND State Fair Attendance?

The North Dakota State Fair closes its 50th Anniversary with a slight drop in attendance than previous years.

More than 300,000 people attended the nine day event.

It was about three percent lower than last year’s fair.

Fair management says stormy weather during concerts could be the cause of less people coming out.

The fair wrapped up with the rock band Aerosmith where more than 16,000 people packed the grandstand.
