North Dakota Hunters: Still Time to Get Pronghorn License

There is still time for people who live and hunt in North Dakota to get pronghorn licenses.

Hunters have until Wednesday to apply and the state has increased the allowed amount of licenses to 410.

Pronghorn are rebounding after three years of harsh winters nearly wiped them out.

The Game and Fish Department says in the southwest corner of the state, the population is more than 5,000 animals.

Only hunters living in North Dakota can apply for licenses.
