Police Searching For Attempted Robbery Suspect

Fargo Police are searching for a suspect in an attempted hotel robbery.

A man reportedly walked into the Vista Inn at University Drive and I-94 around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

He told the front desk clerk he had a weapon and demanded money.

The employee hesitated and the suspect fled without any cash.

Police believe the man fled in an older red car.

The suspect is black, slender and around 20 years old.

Officials are looking at hotel surveillance video and nearby businesses in attempts to identify the suspect.
