Court Delayed for Man Accused of Fargo Murders

A judge rules a two-month wait on court proceedings for the man accused of killing two men in Fargo last summer.

36-year-old Ashley Hunter is pleading not guilty to the murders of 45-year-old Clarence Flowers and 25-year-old Samuel Traut.

Hunter’s attorneys are still waiting on the results of a second mental health exam since the first one came back inconclusive.

Prosecutors say Hunter killed Flowers in a drug dispute and Traut while in a state of paranoia.

Hunter is in the Cass County Jail.
