Soup for You! People Bring Out Their Inner Artist for the March of Dimes

March of Dimes serves up soup to help premature babies.

More than 1,000 people attended the March of Dimes’ Bowls for Babies luncheon this afternoon at the Fargo Ramada.

Local businesses and schools created and donated more than 1,500 bowls for this record–setting fundraiser.

“To see a rush of you know hundreds that eventually becomes a thousand people to come here and support us is amazing…there’s the excitement the day of the event because you have to come early, you have to get your bowl, and you get a sample of soup from various local restaurants,” says March of Dimes Community Director Chantel Carlson.

People at the event paid $25 for the luncheon and all the proceeds went towards grants and educational resources provided by the March of Dimes.
