Gym Teacher Sentenced For Giving Alcohol To Minors

Nancy Painter has been sentenced for giving alcohol to two minors at a UND hockey game last October.

The 59-year-old gym teacher will have to serve 20 hours of community service for supplying alcohol to underage people.

Painter works at Griggs County Central School and pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge of unlawful delivery.

She is still employed at the school, and it is up to state officials if further action is needed.
