Wheaton Man Charged With Making Threats at Fargo VA

A Wheaton man has been charged with disorderly conduct for making threats at the VA Medical Facility in Fargo.

Court documents say that on February 13th, Tait Tracy became irate when he was told his social worker wasn’t available.

Tracy was overheard saying that he would return and “shoot the place up.”

He returned three days later and told officials he did nothing wrong.

Tracy has pleaded not guilty, and a trial is scheduled for April 21st.
