Bismarck Man Changes Plea to Guilty in Fatal Drunk Driving Case
A Bismarck man changes plea to guilty for charges stemming from a head–on crash that killed two people.
Jordan Morsette has pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and one count of criminal vehicular injury.
Last June, Morsette was allegedly driving intoxicated when he drove the wrong way on a highway.
His pickup collided with a car, killing two and injuring another.
Morsette had originally pleaded not guilty, but stated he didn’t want to put his family through a trial.
