Minneapolis Woman Pleads Guilty in Drug Case
A Minneapolis woman has reached a plea agreement in a drug case that involved the death of a Fergus Falls man.
Sixty-two–year–old Bernita Huff faces ten years in prison when she is sentenced in June.
Police found Justin Cyrus dead in November 2014 and traced the painkiller he smoked back to Huff.
The agreement calls for Huff to plead guilty to a lesser charge and murder and manslaughter charges will be dropped.
