“Busted On The Bus” Campaign Nets More Distracted Drivers

UPDATE:  Moorhead’s “Busted on the Bus” campaign resulted in 50 citations over the past two days.

The campaign produced 28 citations yesterday alone.

Officers say drivers were caught drivers texting, reading and driving with dogs on their laps.

Other citations included driving with no seat belt, careless driving and unregistered vehicle.

Officers will focus on distracted driving through Sunday.
