UPDATE: Missing Montana Baby Found Dead; Suspect in Custody
The young girl at the center of an Amber Alert issued in the early morning hours in both North Dakota and Montana has been found dead in Poplar, Montana.
The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office has a suspect in custody in the death of one-year-old Kenzley Olson.
A cause of death has not been determined.
The FBI is leading the investigation.
Olson was last seen Tuesday morning and an Amber Alert was issued early this morning.
Officials had originally sought two North Dakota residents they believed responsible for her kidnapping, Timothy Dornheim and Melinda Tweet.
They were found in Minot and it was determined that they were not involved.

An Amber Alert has been canceled in the abduction case for one–year–old Kenzley Olson, who went missing from her Poplar, Montana home.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol believed the girl was abducted by strangers and was headed toward Minot.
Authorities initially suspected 51–year–old Melinda Tweet and 55–year old Timothy Dornheim, but have cleared the pair of any wrongdoing.
Kenzley is Native American with black hair. She is two feet tall and weighs 50 pounds and has a scar over her right eye.
