NDHP Allegedly Finds Pipe Bomb During Traffic Stop in Fargo
One person is under arrest after a North Dakota State trooper says he found a homemade pipe bomb in the glove box during a traffic stop in Fargo.
Police say 26-year-old Mitchael Anderson of Fargo is in custody after he was stopped for speeding on I-29 between the 32nd Avenue and 52nd Avenue exits.
They say the trooper called for the Red River Valley Bomb Squad, who took possession of the explosive.
Police say Anderson is facing a felony charge of possession of an explosive, driving under suspension and drug possession.
