Bell State Bank Celebrates Its 50th Birthday
Cha–ching! A bank celebrates half a century in the Fargo–Moorhead community.
Bell State Bank started in Fargo in 1966.
Today it’s the largest independently owned bank in the upper Midwest, with business in all 50 states.
The bank celebrated the milestone today.
But don’t expect this to be the last celebration of the bond between Bell and the community.
“It’s been a great 50 years. We are proud to be a Fargo based company. We are going to be a Fargo based company for another 50 years to come and so it’s fun to look back and celebrate, but also fun to celebrate what’s to come,” said Michael Solberg, President and CEO of Bell State Bank.
Bell State Bank has 20 locations in the Fargo area.
