Man’s body found in Devils Lake

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) – Deputies recovered a man’s body that was found floating in Devils Lake Tuesday.

Ramsey County Sheriff Steve Nelson says the sheriff’s office responded shortly after 7:00 a.m.

Nelson says the man, from Grand Forks and believed to be in his early 60’s, was fishing from shore and ended up in the water.

An autopsy will be done. The man’s name is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
