Glyndon Mobile Home Fire

Fire ravages a mobile home in Glyndon.

Authorities responded to the fire just before 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at Prairieview Estates.

At least two people were home at the time of the fire.

Several agencies were called to the home including the Glyndon and Dilworth fire departments.

Fire crews had to fight the blaze in extremely cold conditions.

“It was pretty big I mean there was a lot of flames, and as you can see they have to rip off some of the siding just so they can get to the fire,” said Clay County Sheriff Bill Bergquist.

Authorities say flames were put out at around 3:30 p.m. but the home was a total loss.

No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.
