Thursday Night: Evening flurries north, otherwise partly cloudy with lows around 0. Wind from the west/southwest at 0-10 mph.

Friday: Cloudy with light snow arriving in the afternoon from the south. Highs around 20. Wind from the south/southwest at 5-10 mph. Snow does not arrive in northern areas until Friday evening.

Friday Night:  Light snow continues with most spots getting 1 to 3 inches by Saturday morning. Lows in the mid teens with an east/southeast wind at 5-15 mph.

Saturday: Some lingering snow in the morning in Minnesota then mostly cloudy with highs in the low 20s. A northwest wind at 5-15.

Sunday: An arctic front arrives with a little light snow and strong winds, which may cause blowing snow. Temperatures steady around 10 much of the day.

Monday: Partly to mostly sunny and colder with highs in the single digits below 0.

Tuesday: Cloudy with light snow. Highs in the single digits above 0.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with highs  around 5.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with highs around 10.
