KVRR anchor and producer, Candace Thornberg, has announced Friday will be her last day at the station.

She is about to have a baby, and she has decided to trade in the late night anchoring for late night feedings and diaper changes.

This will be her and her husband’s first baby.

“It was a hard decision, and there is so much I am going to miss here, but I am really looking forward to this special time,” said Thornberg.

Friday night, there will be a story on her 10 years at the station.
