Lake Park Mayor Selection Postponed

 Lake Park is going to have to wait another month to elect a new leader.

 A city council member had a last minute emergency with her child and could not attend Monday’s meeting.

Council members were going to vote on a new mayor between acting mayor Jon Anderson and Councilman Keith Zachariasen.

The vacancy comes after Aaron Wittnebel resigned last month after months of calls for him to step down.
