Woman Dies After Jumping from Car
An Underwood, Minnesota woman who jumped out of a moving vehicle three weeks ago has died from her injuries.
Forty-seven-year-old Kelly Petersen had been hospitalized in Fargo.
Petersen’s husband, 44-year-old Douglas Petersen, was charged earlier with drunk driving and criminal vehicular operation.
The Asst. Otter Tail County Attorney says even though Petersen’s wife has died, the charges will not be upgraded.
He is due in court March 2.
