Michael Spell to be Sentenced in April
A Colorado man who pleaded guilty to killing a Montana teacher will be sentenced this spring.
The sentencing hearing for 25-year-old Michael Spell is set for April 17th.
Spell pleaded guilty to deliberate homicide for the 2012 death of Sidney High School math teacher Sherry Arnold.
Spell’s attorneys have said they will seek a sentence to the state health department.
Co-defendant Lester Van Waters Jr. is serving 80 years.
