Driver Speeding in West Fargo Fatal Crash

The State’s Attorney has just received the investigation into a fatal crash in West Fargo in January.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol found that Rwasa Elias, of West Fargo, was going 46 in a 30 mile per hour zone on a damp, frosty Main Avenue.

They say Elias was weaving in and out of traffic and driving aggressively before he lost control, crossed the median and struck two cars.

His SUV rolled, killing his 47-year-old wife Barampama Eda.

The 53-year-old Elias could face charges.
